When you submit an enquiry, Ruth receives your name, email address, chosen category and message so she can respond and discuss a potential collaboration. Please only include details relevant to your project.

Enquiries are stored securely on the website’s server. Email notifications are sent using Resend. You can also message Ruth on Instagram or TikTok.

Client payments

Payments are processed by Stripe on its hosted checkout. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on this website. The site stores the agreed quote, payment reference and payment status. A payment link should be kept private.

Cookies and website logs

This website uses no advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. Essential server logs may contain your IP address, requested page and time of access for security and operation. Payment providers have their own privacy information on their checkout pages.
